Continue to page four of your CGFNS profile, and add in your specialties. Log in if needed and enter:

1. The name of the facility or organization,
2. type of specialty certification,
3. name of the specialty certification,
4. expiration date of the certification (if applicable),
5. date issued, and
6. address of the organization.
